Caravan and Camping - Terms and Conditions

We want to ensure that all holiday makers have the holiday they deserve, so please take the time to read the rules.

• The pitch fee per night covers the caravan/tent/motorhome and one car. Awnings, dogs and extra vehicles will include an additional charge
• Arrival is from 12 noon on the day of arrival and pitches are to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Please contact reception for any time changes that may be needed
• All prices are inclusive of VAT
• Please take note of the recycling rules at the rubbish bins. Wales fine heavily for items not recycled
• Please keep barbecues off the grass. Bricks are available
• No camp fires
• Management reserves the right to evict any occupants that cause a nuisance, litter or cause excessive noise. No refunds will be given
• All site fees are payable prior to setting up
• High season pitches can only be booked for a minimum of 7 nights and 3 nights for Bank Holidays
• 25% deposit payable upon booking, balance on arrival

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are welcome here at Bodrydd. They must be kept on a lead at all times, and incessant barking will not be tolerated. All dog waste must be picked up and disposed of accordingly.
